Quite the article. He's still one of my favorites. But i sure hope that vinyl doesn't faze out. It's all part of the effect and entertainment. Everyone has cd's.

He probably never meant that sentence to be associated with drugs. I think we all know Tiësto is dutch and that his english isn't that good all the time. I think he meant something else by the word 'dropping' but used it wrong here. Nothing to make a big deal out of I think.

This interview must be really old! These two things give it away:

1) "I’ve been to Japan twice, and both times, the gigs and the crowds were not very good. But aside from Australia, I’ve been everywhere."
Tiesto's first time in Australia was March 2002.

2) "On a Magik CD, you could expect all kinds of music."
The Magik series ended officially early December 2002.
