just like someone said,
exercise. make your body tired so it will need the rest. another thing is, try going for about 5 days straight with very little sleep, then go sleep at 11 pm. then wake up at like 7 am. try that you will sleep like a baby, get enough rest but not enough to completely rest. so the next night, chances are if you go sleep @ 11 you'll fall asleep easier.
just dont sleep in. that fucks up the whole sleep schedule. i've had a fucked up sleep schedule since the beginning of the year and still sucks. sometimes i cant sleep and toss and turn till 5. so i did what i typed above and it worked...so it seems. well its 3 am and i'm typing but i'm tired as hell...anyways....goodluck insomnia sucks i know
