There were actually plans to make an animated serie about Wipeout...that was around the release of the first Wipeout, never heard anything about it ever since.
Starcraft and Warcraft are unlikely to happen. But there are some novels about the Warcraft/ Starcraft universe so it is not impossible.

IMO Keanu Reeves is a quite good one, physically. But I don't think he can play Dante as cool (and cruel ) as in the game. Who knows anyway.
