I was reading the nirvana discog love buzz info, from the link in your auction. Pretty interesting. Its hard to believe that people attach so much value to a record.

at the moment you could probably say im only trance in that i only buy and pay much attention to trance. i generally like or can at least listen to any music really, i have some heavy metal albums like old metallica, pantera and a couple of iron maiden cds, but i dont really listen to it much anymore. i could just about listen to anything.

I love and listen to virtually all types of electronic music - primarily progressive, but I've been getting into the breaks and techno as well (last CD I bought was the new Bedrock Breaks album). I used to like house a bit as well, but there is just so much crap house out there at the moment that it just didn't really seem worth it (Robbie Rivera, Sandy Rivera/KOT, Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero and Olav Basoski respectfully excluded).

Apart from electronic music (which is 95% of my listening schedule) I only ever really listen to classical music. In fact, the only CDs I can remember buying over the past couple of years that weren't electronic or classical was Pink Floyd - Echoes and, of course, Avril Lavigne (unless you want to classify Massive Attack as non-electronic stuff?). It's not that I don't like other forms of music (with the exception of r'n'b/commercial hip-hop.... seems like I'm not alone) it's just that I don't like it enough to listen to it.... if you get my drift.

Meh.

i've gone thru my share of genres thru the years. in the early teens, it was hiphop n rnb - snoop, tupac, canibus, n espesh "the pharcyde", who's albums i occassionally still pop on every now and then. it's due to those years that, while everybody condemns eminem, i still appreciate n praise him for his lyrical ingenuity. quote from a friend's poetry lecturer that he is the "only one poet this day in age having a master of feminine rhyme, ear rhyme, triple rhyme, and quadruple rhyme". in the late teens, i started leaning towards rock with the likes of silverchair, matchbox 20, chilli peppers, lenny kravitz. didnt disregard the oldies either with the eagles, jimmy hendrix. the acoustic guitarist sound i especially adored i.e. david gray, extreme - more than words etc.

now, though i listen mainly to electronica, i can still pop on some rnb, hiphop, rock or oldies depending on the mood. even pop, if i'm feeling in the mindless "catchy tune" kinda mood. only music i can't stand r heavy metal n country. i'm lookin forward to next week tho, catching up on my trance and exploring further into house, beats and breaks as i commute to n fro from uni!

Classical music can be beautiful, some opera, drum n' bass, psytrance, love songs, I like anything really on the condition that is has good melodies or is pleasing aurally.

Happy Hardcore~!!~@~!!

I blieve it is a better alternative to hard trance. Because it is harder than trance but still just as uplifting. I don't find actual 'hard trance' uplifting/euphoric enough it can be to dark at times.

Anyway I'm totally into Happy Hard at the moment!
