I personally love all kinds of music, I of course am most into Trance, but I do enjoy : classical, opera, rock, rap (early 90's), some R&B, some Jazz, hard rock, euro dance, some top 40, musicals, etc...
When I was 18 I would have felt embaressed to say that, but now I don't care what people think, I enjoy it so why is that something to hide...

Your right there Thor alot of people are closed minded in that age group and so was I , I am now 26 and I now produce my own music looking at music at this age is quite different , all music is good in many ways and alot of things in the styles of music realate to each other . How ever two styles of music come to mind that I realy don`t like are Death metal and Rap , both because they are not good musical in the form of music . Death Metal is a hole pile of riffs played together for 30sec than the riffs change and do it again for 30sec and its not very creative at all . the hardest thing is for the drummer to keep up on the 200bpm pace and the singer trying not to lose there Voice form all that shouting . Rap also isn`t very musical to , the vocal Rap has no melody notes its just said with a simple drum loop behind it and a simple cord progresion if your lucky . Just ask your music Teacher .
