unfortunately the rumours were true...there was no Mauro Picotto

However, definately a killer night. we got a nice long set out of Armin, his standout tracks being hiver and hammer remix of "just another day" the new three drives "white label, bootleg remix of born slippy...i was fortunate to play before him and he ended up giving me a few of his tunes...woohoo. he ended up at the front of the stage shaking hands and signing autographs for ten minutes.

warp brothers were surprisingly energetic and drank 2 whole bottles of straight vodka so if theyre looking a bit worse for wear youll know why...

sander k built up some lovely melodic prog and really got the place rockin...his big tunes were his own my lexicon and roland klinkenbergs new one with dj remy "scrambled"

junkie xl's live set was amazing, lots of energy and various remixes of his own productions and stuff from the sasha album.

missed most of dave seamans set but heard the crowd go wild when he dropped "greek salad", a white label which samples lil mo ying yang

all in all a wicked night and well worth checking out. Once again Armin proves that he is the undisputed king of trance (imho) and he truly loves playing to the crowd and enjoys every second hes up there.
