first of all, if you've never heard the sennheiser hd25's than you should because the difference in sound is crystal clear. It's not a small difference in sound, IT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE in sound.
Secondly, it's soooo comfortable, it weighs less than half of any sony. It's that light!
Thirdly, it doesn't have that "tunnel sound" that most/if not all dj headphones have. You hear it close up, crystal clear as if you weren't wearing any headphones.
I've used sony 700's, sony 600's and pioneer sedj5000's and sennheiser's wins hands down.
