the situation isnt that bad here in the US. I'm in Cali and i've gotten caught up by cops a couple of times. And both times the cops have given me a lecture, copped my bomb and told me to go home. I had under a quarter so they didnt slap me with intention to sell. so cops are pretty lenient around here i dont see many posesesion tickets for small shit like bomb.
