Thats the trick. The 19+ room will get filled up by 2:00. PVD is nearing, people try to go to the 19+ area, but its full. So the guards tell you to "stay in the tent kids", so we are stuck in the tent with the TVs and the speakers dancing to the nylon that makes up the tent wall. Meanwhile, the "19+", people are all squished in the mainroom while Viva sucks every penny out of them with booze.
See its all been planned.
