How do you know what shape they were in? I never read any reports that they had rust on them or whatever. It simply proves the case that he was hiding things he shouldn't have had.

One of the live feeds I was watching today described the upkeep on Iraqi artillery in the South as less-than-stellar; my larger point was that even if he had launched a few dozen of these missiles (he didn't), would that be enough to shift such a large segment of the population in so brief a time?
