percentage-wise, we are just as rich as each other, considering your food, rent, schooling etc is more expensive than ours

340 a month for a house is properly cheap! Down here, for students who live in HALLS (I.E shite accomodation, i.e just one room!) it is £300 a month!!! Baswically, I gotta get my arse up north!
I know someone who was paying £110 a week not including meals, in a student hall in London.

BLOODY HELL
Actually come to think about it... I go to Kings College, and there are two main sets of halls, the ones in Hampstead and the ones in Stamford Street. Hampstead costs about £3000 for the year but Stamford street costs £5000 for the year! And of course thats excluding meals!

spad is gonna keep paying the bills until we find someone suitable (to a point, obviously, i wouldn't ask him to do it for long)
Don't be a pillock
I signed contract for another 12 months and I'll stick by it as long as I need to. Don't feel like you have to get just anyone either, I know it not going to be easy replacing me
£140 a month is fuck all for me atm really. I'm not paying any rent here and I'm going to stick around a while and get shit sorted before I move on....so it's not a prob. I mean that.

1) Broadband internet connection
2) Comedy
3) Seemingly limitless supply of weed
4) Theft oppertunities from Nita's mums house if you run out of food
5) Shop that can be seen from the driveway
6) Driveway
7) Shed
8) Garden
9) Superb plumbing
10) Tolerant neighbours
11) Close enough to Sheffield, but far enough away
12) It's Chesterfield, if you're from anywhere else you've got a 78% chance of being more attractive than the rest of the population
13) Crooked spire postcards to send to friends
14) I'm getting desperate now
15) But you really should move in
