Ils disent juste it will be soon, oh maybe here, you'll see. C tellement stupid. I haven't gone there since last june, and i don't plan on going back or going to the new place until they start informing ppl properly :P.

Jet Club is good if you like an all-asian hip hop party..

ill be there for sure opn saturday

You are totaly right man! They were #1 before Aria opened. I went there like 30 times or so. I saw Misstress when she was simlpy a local Dj. A few names I can recall: Judje jules, Oakie, Timo maas, Sandra Collins,Tiesto(twice), and other great djs.
the only thing I hated about it(and still hate) is the HEAT!!!(when you're on something you don't give a rats ass, otherwise you suffocate) It gets so friggin hot in the summer, and even in winter when its packed.
thats probably the only reason I would not be there on Saturday

YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG, EVERY CLUB HAS IT'S UPS AND DOWNS.Sona brought into Montreal electronic music and made it's name on the international
level. But unfortunately every club haz an average life period of 5 years, more then that Sona had a lot of success , Aria is still has to work many more nights to get to the same level as Sona had been in it,s most successefull years. Names like:Sacha,Tiesto,Oakenfold,Seb Fontaine,Carl Cox,Judge Jules,John Digweed,Groove Armada,Robie Rivera,Plastic man,Laurent Garnier,John Aquaviva,Max Graham,Mistress Barbara,Charles Feelgood,Dimitry from Paris,Josh Wink,Paul van Dyke, Marco Corola,Sandra Collins,Hybrid,dj Dan,Timo Maas,Saeed and Palash,Chris Fortier and all these other dj,s that made this place so electrically vibrant . In this place you could have seen people from around the globe , telling you that this place rocks and the city vibes with it.
It's O.K. if you didn,t know about it , but next time be more selective. I'm pretty sure Aria would come up to a certain international level, but Sona was the beginning and most ambiant afterhour in the city.

Sacha,Tiesto,Oakenfold,Seb Fontaine,Carl CoxPlastic manJohn AquavivaMistress BarbaraJosh Wink,Paul van Dyke, Marco CorolaHybrid,dj Dan,Timo MaasChris Fortier have all played Aria or will in the near future (I'm not sure about the rest) and Aria has had other big names in that sona hasn't, like corsten and van buuren, van helden, gielen, rank 1....etc the list goes on, just check out their wall of fame in the managers office for proof. Sona was good, but its shit now and looks like its staying shit. GO if you want but we shouldn't feel obliged to go just because they were the first. I'm telling you that place will close down in a really bad way if finances don't hit first! Anyways, my humble opinion, and sona was the first club I ever went to and it was a great night out, that was for pvd in june 2001, however I've not be tempted by any talent to go back again!

In this industry, people forget really fast and trust me even if all these dj's played Sona before, now they don't give shit about it!

Many of the dj's who played Sona were not payed completely and the word was every where so nobody cares anymore about this place all around the world! It's not because I am at Aria but Montreal = Aria now every where on the planet in the club business!

I think it was dave seaman that didnt' show last year, and people were really upset because of it, no positive on him, I just remember that someone went to him instead of Ferry and he didn't show!
