No, we shouldn't accept their beliefs, but you should still let them have them. You can explain your stance on the issue, but if they still don't believe it, then that's their choice. There's no sense in trying to force it down their throat or call them an idiot for not believing. Whatever helps them get through their lives.
Saying "they are not right" is also false, because although there have been alternate theories as to how the universe was created, evolution, etc. there hasn't been anything in the history of science that has unequivocally disproven the existence of god, or a god, or many gods.
I do agree with you in the belief that god doesn't exist, but I'm also open to the idea that I could possibly be wrong.
