What i mean is that you pretty much dont get hungry or thirsty really. You have to eat and drink water on your own. If you do take this you have to drink a shit load of water on it. And yes you do feel extremely hyper at certain points.

Fuck, was feeling pretty decent going to school today, then I ran up and down the stairs to start a load of laundry and I feel clammy and warm. I hate being sick. Just when I was getting into a really good groove with my running I get a setback like this.

My arm is finally healed after a minor football injury to it. finally got to start lifting again today! good stuff!

Yea I killed my sore throat luckily, but now I have this little nagging feeling in my throat that is causing me to cough and its annoying to breath.

Yeah since my tonsils are out i realized how bad throat pains can actually be....i feel bad for that pain you're having.

I had a sore throat (not horrible) for like 3 days, and now I have this little nagging feeling in my throat, its not a pain, its more of tickle. I've had it before, it takes forever to go away.

Its like if I could stick something down there and grab it, it'd go away, but cest la vie.

Haha yeah I have like a reverse cold.

Ok, I def need to buy new running shorts with zipper pockets. A light vest works at 55-60 degrees, it def doesn't work at 65-70 haha. I probably lost a gallon of sweat during my jog this morning! Mmmmm salty!
