What if the pictures are old? There is tons of that shit floating around from the 70s when it was legal in most european countries.
There is no current crime... I mean at that point its just information. People were prosecuted, punished, etc. Why is the images still illegal?
You guys are either saying that information should have no constraints or that there should be constraints on some information...
So you agree, nuclear weapons and child porn should not be free information? What else?
