No it's perfectly fine and ya I don't need a running coach I push myself more then anyone else can. I was on an empty stomach and had some queso fresco so that prob didn't help.

not a running coach, when i played tennis they used to run me around until i thought i was going to die same for volleyball when i was in high school...a long time ago. either way, yeah throwing up not kosher in my book.
