Not really that much.

Keep in mine Ive already had the tongue done. NO WAY it hurts more than that. Its uber thin... they dont have to go thru nearly as much thickness to piece, and its not muscle.

But im worried about getting it done and taking propre care of it. ie. i prolly wont if i party at guv!
