Time to end all this now and move it along.

Since so many ppl here defend their right to give their opinion I'm going to give mine right now.

Some ppl in this forum don't really care about the work that promoters do for them. So they come here and show their appreciation by trashing a new room and it's ppl, without owning up the responsibility of your actions. Perhaps some of you don't see that as harmful but to the heads above who read and scour the boards to see the opinions being spread...such words spread recklessly are not looked upon favourable and it totally undermines our ability to ensure free guestlists.
But not worries everyone. All this appreciation is never forgotten.

Tis the Season and tribers and HouseAddicts will be enjoying it in the New Year, so I see no reason why not to enjoy it now while it's here.

THIS THREAD IS CWAZZZZZZZY!!!

I forgot to mention that the fact the video that had been taken by Shaya was an awesome memory from the night - Mikey has this to be able to look back on and show his friends back home what a REAL party is like. WOOT!!

There was a lot of fun had at this party - and again the music was not 100% in both rooms - but the various people that went made this night amazing and thank you again for that.

Pat congrats on the Gallery invitations and you packed the place. I will know better to not come so early and to be prepared to start the night when I get there.

As it was my first time in the Gallery and had a feeling it was gonna be a lot of TA's in there - I was going for the SOCIAL aspect of it, and to acquaint myself with the space and not really concened about going off major until we hit the main room.

Why this turned into a bash the Gallery thread and people taking it personally (as a reflection of themselves personally) is too bad - because I dont think that was point.

I will definitely go to the Gallery again - it is a great space and the staff working the room were again very nice.

But I will always go for the main room DJ if there is one - and will always save the hardcore WIKKID WIKKID for this aspect of the evening.

I might not have been quick off to start to party that night - but it hardly had anything to do with anyone in particular - many reasons were at play - as I had stated.

Again - I had an awesome night - with a lot of great music played and a ton of faces seen and met that made the experience even better when the music was meh......

I would do this night over again in a heartbeat!

what a joke. i kept quite but not now since u decide to bring the promoters thing in this. so here it goes.

first off this is a review thread. in case u dont understand the meaning of review i shall clarify it for you and everyone else who has their head stuck up their ass in this thread. in a review thread ppl write about their experience of the club at a certain night. may it be good or bad. they write about the music the crowd and everything in between.

with that being said if Nada or for that matter anyone else who writes about gallery or any other room being slow jam and ppl looking x-tra mashed up who the hell are you to label them as a noob and directly make a attack on them as attention needing ppl ? does sumone have to be highly qualified to comment on music and the crowd ? just because u know certain things more than the other person dpoesnt give u the right to call them n00b. they may know little about one thing and then know alot about the other. and if Nad's comment bothered you sooo much .... why wont you act like an adult and just kindly pm her and say u have a problem with it and ask if she would re word it? i mean that would be the adult thing to do.

now to the promoter thing. i dont know if you are a promoter for gallery but if you are then i certainly hope this is not how you handle all things with your promotions. as a promoter u shud know people would write good bad and ugly about anything and everything. it is what the nature of this business is. if you cant handle it then dont get into it. if you throw a hissy fit every single time sumone says something bad about gallery then my fellow ta i have news for you. you wont last long in the promotions industry. if a comment made by one person u see harmful then what it implies is that u r taking it in a way where u think that ppl would stop coming to gallery and maybe you will loose your cut. and plz do tell me how does tribers and houseaddicts fit into all this ????

Pat, you assumed Nada was purposely bad-mouthing certain TAs...but she certainly didn't. You can read into words (which were harsh, but that's Nada...kinda like LKD but everyone finds that shit acceptable ) all you want but unless you personally confirm what a person meant before you get upset to the point that you want to say something negative in response. Otherwise, you'll never get the full picture. That's my "pussyfooting around on eggshells" but I think it's appropriate to understand each other IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GET ALONG, that is. Anyway, that's my two cents. Nada told me that she was going to check out the Gallery; I have NO IDEA what time it was, and she asked me if I wanted to go but I was having too much fun in the Guv...

And Pat, do you honestly think Nada's review of the Gallery, especially with her context (where she was comparing the music to Marco V's faster pace) will cause people to turn away from the Gallery? HELL NO!!!!!!! In fact, I was hoping to get her to come along with me in the future, BEFORE the main event at the Guv...(but I guess that's not going to happen )
