Not really, I find the specifics of who did it irrelevent, the aftermath of the event and the following years is proof enough who was behind it. Those with power will do as they can. And thinking that those in power have any reguard for a lowly citizens life is naieve at best.

Its called speculation, and the use of a mathmatical peice called probability. Its pretty logical to conclude that when an event happens, and someone gains a major advantage from it, that said event was caused in part by the one who gained the advantage.. not always, but a lot of the times.
