haha, yea I'm a pretty hardcore gym rat, and that is beyond what I would be doing. Definitely need to burn off extra calories by partying harder.

Yeah after seeing pics of our condo, I can't see myself being sober enough to be using the gym, lol.

Did 2.5 miles today on my HIIT cardio all in 20 minutes, was good. Coming back tonight to lift arms running short on time.

I keep telling myself I'm going to try HIIT...yet I still haven't tried it. Not really sure why.

i switch up regular cardio with HIIT when i get the ambition but rarely do it for a long enough period of time, it destroys you lol
