Torres would be sick so would baptista too lol. Rather have barca with the Beijing Olympics one at least its promoting something good and not just another business.

Henrik Larsson thats 3 stars and a wide range of young starlets who play striker including Leo Messi Argentina's top prospect who can play striker also.
And Saviola will be coming back most likely.

Larsson won't play in Barca any more, Iniesta is rather midfielder than a striker. And I was talking about the "real", good strikers, which Barca only 2 has...

Hmmm don't get me wrong, I'm just trying to find out who do You think a good player is. IMO such a great team like Barca needs only good and top class players. But I don't think, that Maxi or Iniesta are this kkind of players right now. So I said that it's better to buy some striker rather than midfielder, because Barca has a lot of good midfielders, defensive and offensive, so I don't get a point in acquiring van Bommel...My point of view, You don't need to agree with this and You also don't need to use word like those U used...

From what I read, the sponsors are a Catalan TV station and they will have a small logo on the sleeves of the players rather than splashed across the chest like the in the traditional mold. The rationale was that with a reputation like Barca's not to have sponsors, even a small emblem on the sleeve would be a talking point generating enough marketing power to fork over millions for.
Though, I could be wrong as I read this months ago and the idea might have been shelved for something more conventional.
Either way, it would be sad to see Barcelona succumb to the realities of capitalism. For me, someone who's studied finance for 7 years and will have a career in it, Barcelona represents everything that I hate about money.
Oh well, Visca el Barca!
