I hope he moves, he's too good to sit on the bench even though he isn't scoring.

But still, there's a positive kind of effect on that kind of players when they're getting a couple of matches on the bench.

Example: Nedved was playing all the games since he arrived to Juventus, and he played like shit against Bayern München in the first leg of CL. Then he had to start on the bench in the second game of the group stage, he came in and Juventus won, 2-1 thanks to him.
