do legs work outs and walk on 15% incline at 3.0 speed for 30 minutes.

Any compound movement like squats, inlince bench, t-bar rows, pullups,. dips, etc.

and calorie restriction

and drink coffee in the morning.

always.. once summer comes around ill probably go on a phosphagen cycle as well as some mass gainers + glutamine. That should do the job. I really don't want to surpass 160 lbs for my body type. Ill be happy at 150 155 tbh.

I went from 150 to 188 in 3.5 months haha. LOTS of food!!!

other than that just lots of squats and harder workouts than i ever imagined.

You better be willing to own up to your word. In any case, I've been working out stupidly hard the last couple of weeks, it's awesome. Here's my current routine on a five day split.
Monday: Chest
-Incline Bench 2x12; 2x4(or whatever amount over four with very heavy weight)
-Decline Bench 2x4(same as above); 2x 'till failure.
-Flies 3x10
Tuesday: Back
-Bent over rows 2x12; 2x4 (same as above)
-Pull Downs 2x4(same as above); 2x12
-Seated Rows 3x10
Wednesday: Biceps & Forearms
-Seated Hammer Curls 2x4 (as above); 2x10
-Narrow Grip Z-Bar Preacher (Same pattern)
-Either Standing Zottmans (3x10) or 21's (doing 7 for the bottom, 7 for the top, 7 full ones) [2 sets].
-Random forearms exercise
Thursdays: Legs
-Squats 2x12; 2x4 (as above)
-[Non Walking]Lunges (same pattern)
-Toe Raises 3x10
-Hamstring Curls 3x10
Fridays: Triceps & Shoulders (sets and reps vary on this day)
-Seated Military Press 4x10
-Weighted Dips 3x10
-Seated Dumbell Presses (for shoulders) 3x10
-Lateral Raises 3x10
-French Press 3x10
-Cable Push Downs 3x10

After each exercise (about an hour or less) I do about 20 mins of cardio. If i have enough energy I do abs on legs day usually. I've been getting good results, I've been sliming down a bit. The scale is broken at the gym so I have no idea how much I'm weighting, I'm guessing around 200 (i'm 5'9"). I'll post some current pics later.
