So Im in both a diet and working out this plan.
Ive been drinking the Slim Fast, and eating those South Beach Diet Kraft bars for lunch . ( They both contain lots of protein )
Soo my question is.. Should I first focus on loosing weight and then tone my muscle and build a little? or do both?!?!
I understand that muscle burns fat too, so I figured doing both.
Suggestions on diet and best workout method?
I currently weight around 180 and Im 5'11
I want to go down to like 170 of healthy muscle. |
do legs work outs and walk on 15% incline at 3.0 speed for 30 minutes.
Any compound movement like squats, inlince bench, t-bar rows, pullups,. dips, etc.
and calorie restriction
and drink coffee in the morning.
