By that logic you could lose 20lbs just by dieting and sitting in a sauna for an hour or 2 every day.
You don't lose that much weight from just water weight, that just doesn't happen. Maybe after a particularly hard workout you could lose 5-10lbs that day just from sweating, but that's not weight that you keep off. It returns as soon as you actually rehydrate, which you should be doing anyways.
That's why football players are weighed at the beginning and end of practice in camp to make sure they're not losing too much water weight because it's incredibly unhealthy and can lead to minor side effects like death.
