ran 1.75 miles today; did some pullups, some leg lifts, some dips, and some light lifting w/ abs (like where you stand, hold the weight in your right hand, and lower to the ground, then stand straight back up again kinda stuff).
felt sexy afterwards.
its kinda funny being a smaller guy; because whenever i do any kind of weight lifting, my muscles bulge out a fair amount. but they never stay that way...so like right afterwards i look all "buff" but then the next day i look back again.
