Besides a workout, running is a form of relaxation to me. I'd rather not have that disturbed by puking my guts out.
Got another run planned for this afternoon, then probably two days of no running. Got a long run planned for the weekend, first time after the two subsequent half marathons of the past two weekends. Looking forward to it already.
