I wanted to do that so badly, lol. The only thing stopping me was knowing that I couldn't keep my anger in check and I would have been a total cunt about it.

+1. 16lbs in a month is no mean feat and it wasn't as if you were a lard-arse to begin with either.

Thanks guys it keeps me going. I was pretty lard ass for awhile though at about 256. I lost most of my weight from dieting though just the last month I started exercising regularly.

jake, i don't want to demotivate you but you have to remember YOU ARE GOING TO HIT A WALL!
a 'plateau' and it might even take you longer than you would expect to reach your goals
how long have you been doing this?

The scientist cannot capture the whole cosmos in thought. In his mind he makes a kind of microcosm, which we see as an analogue of the cosmos. In this way we try to get a feeling for the whole. The artist, I suppose, gets a feeling for the whole some other way.”

i woke up this morning with the lat on my right side aching...essentially the pain woke me up. now its constantly pulsing with pain and it even hurts when i breath in deeply. this happened to me months ago and i honestly don't know the cause . yesterday i walked a couple miles because i opted to walk rather than take a train to run my errands. i carried a small bag which weighted less than 2lbs so that couldn't have been the problem plus i alternated carrying it on both sides. does anyone else get random pains like this? its starting to bother me because the times this happens it is the right side and i have no logical explanation for why i'm in pain.

To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

Everyone hits plateaus, but there are techniques to get past them.
I'm just doing what any human being could do if they applied themselves a little.
And when you say plateau are you referring to my mile times or weight loss. Yes you can easily hit a plateau with run times, but weight loss is simple. Burn more calories than you put in. That is all there is to it.
