The venue in adelaide was about 2-3 times the size it was last year and the staging was a mega improvement on last year, loved it.
Having had 9 days over 35 degrees though it turned soooo dusty so quickly, I was infinitely more dirty than I was after Summadayze at the Bowl on NYD. It was seriously disgusting, I had to leave a stage at one time and go to a less crowded area to get away from the dust so i could breathe properly.
The sound is also much better than the Myer Music Bowl.
Eddie's first hour was shit, gay fucking atrocious house, even by house standards it was bad. His second hour was a massive improvement but overall it was such a let down.
Digweed's set was good, but it was 40 degrees so was too fucking hot to enjoy it too much.
Roger Sanchez is a really bad dj, but some of his choonage wasn't too bad.
Markus Schulz was set of the night, pretty good. played a GDJB set which disaapointed me having seen him play awesome different sets before. It was good though, still enjoyed it quite a lot.
Saw the last 15 minutes or so of the Chemical Brothers, fuck me that lightshow was insane. Incredible setup there. Caught Hey Boy Hey Girl and Block Rockin Beats, seeing they're probably my two favourite CB songs i was happy.
Overall the staging and venue was awesome (apart from the dust), but the music last year was much better.
