I agree that Piet is an amazing guy and talented DJ but I'm 100% sure that he could do a better job (I guess u would agree with me Piet)! No offence, but we had so many better nights here in Toronto this year.

Well in my opion it wasnt just about the music that night. There was some special energy in the air. Maybe because all the TAs actually got to listen to TRANCE! In terms of melodic trance, yes there could have been more.
Everybody was just excited to be out, they had a great time, and the music along with the pictures helps people to replay the night. 
and yes Piet did agree with you, because on the way back to the hotel, he said that he had never used the mixer at the guv, and was not used to using monitors, but instead was used to using his headphones to que up a song. So in terms of mixing, he did think he could do better.
Its not about proving why the night was good, all that matters is that people came out and had fun.

hmmm... well, i didn't get to see A&B, so i can't really say...
but I dunno, it was just something about that night. It may have just been the great time we all had at Scotland Yards before the show. It really hyped up the night, and in my opinion Piet delievered.
I think its a good idea to have more pre-meets like this, it was just too much fun.
