I would eat 250-300 grams of protein a day and cut out cardio to get bulk. Have dinners of whole wheat pasta with lots of good browned beef in it.
Just eat a lot, dont eat a lot of crap. Make it chickens, and veggies, and whole wheat pastas, and protein shakes and what not. Be doing workouts like the stuff I posted a few posts ago and youll be golden. Although, if youre in the northern hemisphere, its almost summer, so I would lean down and get to 10% body fat and just be ripped so you can run around and have chicks wanna jump your bones.
You have 9 months of the year to bulk, be good looking and lean for summer.
