Most enterprise locations will. It is just a bigger charge if you are 18-20 than if you are 21-24.

I left my phone charger in toronto when i snuck up for a visit a few weeks ago and my brother has yet to help me obtain a new one ..sorry!! As soon as I get 10$ I'll go and grab one.. promise

You're right.. He is 22, and a freaking nazi. And my problem with renting cars is that I *technically* don't have my license anymore.. but I tend to pretend I do. So obviously a car rental place won't say overlook such a small issue.

If I make some money, can take time off AND can get a ride to the bus station I'm going to come down for the weekend.. we'll see what happens in a week.
