This looks so delicious!

So I'm gonna try the vegetarian thing for a week.
Today-
Breakfast: Chili with cheese
Lunch: Fruit salad and cereal
Dinner: avocado+ tomatoe w/balsamic vinegar & a margarita

That sounds so filling

It's really easy to eat vegetarian.. For dinner right now I'm eating a big plate full of pasta and I had a huge salad earlier.

For lunch I had vegan mac and cheese and an apple and I've had some chips and cookies in between.

didja try the Gardein brand stuff yet? the Chick'n Scallopini are good with some teryaki sauce at the end after you brown them in a pan...the tuscan breast thing is AMAZEBALLS and the beef cubes are excellent for soups/chilli/stew, etc--my meat friends said the beef ones freaked em out b/c they're so close in texture when cooked properly.

I fucking love Gardein!

Apparently some Chipotles are going to start having their chicken breast stuff to make in burritos!
