I came back from WMC and ate like shit for a whole week. Regained a much needed few pounds.

Ran about 4 mi this morning and just finished up with legs/core for the night.

Went for a two hour walk/hike through the woods and park today...and my butt was sore the whole time from my workout yesterday. Awwwwwwwwwwyeah.
