they have changed the watering of your gardens from 6-8am everyone is complaining because they are still sleeping, or getting ready for work. What is bullshit though is the fact that older senior bastards are allowed to water from 8am-10am...... load of shit they are always up at the crack of dawn to go play lawn bowls.
