I am now pushing a little more than my own weight on the leg press (120 lbs), woo! 85 lbs on hamstring curl, 85 on thigh adductor. Ummm...and doing 2 sets of 15 proper pushups. Those are my biggest gains, heh.
Really noticed a difference since I started doing weighted walking lunges instead of squats, too. My butt is doing what I want it to, lol.
mmm you know if you stand up normally. on the outside of your left foot..there is like a big ball or joint or wtvr. If you touch that, you feel like a tendon going up your leg.
thats where it hurts. Didnt really hurt yesterday with the insoles though.

i wouldn't worry about it...a lot of times getting new shoes helps solve muscle/tendon pains. so i guess the same for insoles?

If you are going to be doing a lot of running you should check out a proper running store. I have flat feet and poor mechanics so I need stability/motion control shoes. If I don't have them I get shin splints, ankle, knee, and back pain.
