Damn I can't lift more than 200lbs! The weights at my gym stop at 200lbs. It's like lifting a feather to me...it's too easy now

If you are really that strong, I seriously doubt that you would let yourself be limited by machine weight capacities.

E1 knows that free-weight complex movements are where it's at for strength training.

Let's dissect your exercise regimen:

bicep curl 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
tricep curl 4 setsx20 reps 100lbs
leg extension 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs

Hmm, you do less weight for your triceps than you do your biceps? Triceps consisting of 3 muscles versus the biceps 2 should be an inherently stronger muscle group.

And since we know that your weight machines stop at 200, you couldn't possibly do more weight for your legs. But, since the legs consist of 4 muscles versus the biceps 2....shouldn't you be able to complete more than 20 reps? Hmmm, weird.

Either your body is WAAAAAAAAAAAY out of proportion or you are just having a little fun here in the Workout Thread. Either way:

MYTH BUSTED!

Muahahahahahahahaaa!!!

Is incline bench with dumbells the best for developing the upper chest?

I think it really depends on what works best for you.

I love incline dumbells because nothing else gives you a better range of motion.

Others will say that inlcine barbell is more effective because you can handle more weight and more weight = larger muscles.

E1's body is different though so it all depends on what you respond to the best.

Yes I know that. That's why I do the inclinces with dumbells and not the bar. So the incline is best for upper chest?

My favorite upper chest workout is Incline flies. The pec exists to draw the arm across the body so its basically the most natural motion the problem with upper chest is getting inner definition. You tend to look like you have an upper chest with a good front delt when you raise your arms but...inner chest pops your shirt out and gives added definition...

anyway...my favorite hehe.
