I don't even do as much cardio as I used to. 15-20 minutes around the track before every workout. I'm in and out of the gym in under an hour.
Also, I love rollerblading. The waterfront in my city has an awesome bike/walking path. Love love love it!! |
yea i'm excited. last time he tried to get motivated to work out with me so we joined the gym...he didn't go. now he wants to try the rollerblading and he said he knows how and used to a lot so i'm optimistic he'll stay on board this time with me. it's better when your partner is equally as into getting into shape as you are. it's hard for me to stay motivated if he's not. it's funny how all of a sudden i started going to the gym and he was like, "..oh...you're working out again?" and i was like, "yea might as well, i have the time now" and now he's weight lifting on our weights at home and wants to get rollerblades
