Legs day today. Leg press 400x4, 35x3 Dumb bell lunges, 205x3 single calfs at 25-35 reps, and 3 sets on the machine I call the ass machine 10 mins of stairmaster, then 10 more on elliptical. Feels good

^ Why do you use only 35 lbs on lunges? You're a lot stronger than me and I use way more than that.

35lbs after I do the heavy stuff (leg press, squat, etc) really gives me a good burn. I do a pretty wide step as well.

How is your progress going last few weeks? Still dropping the fat pretty quick or is it slowing down? You should be close to hitting your goal aren't you?
Last few weeks for me have been great. I've been focusing on shoulders and chest and I've been making good gains. I'm getting more of a cut from doing a lot more dumb bell flies for chest work instead of presses. I'll have to post some progress pics soon. It's odd for 2 weeks straight my weight was 166.4 using the same scale of course. I must of dropped some fat and gained a tad of muscle since I have made some gains. I cut carbs way back to only around 50g a day.
