I really don't think they are allowed to touch you. It can be deemed assault without your permission. I think they only wave metal detectors over you. At least all the events I have been to they haven't patted me down. Only police/customs etc. are allowed.

i've been patted down heaps of times at future events, as for the metal in hip flasks, get ur gf's to put them into their bags, they get searched but not thoroughly usually just an unzip they have a look inside and thats it, they aren't allowed to take things out, they have to ask your permission to touch things in your bag

Worst pat downs ever though. They do it awkwardly on the sides which is useless.

yeah i thought that as well, get a plastic drink container that comes with lunches boxes or tupperware sets and fill it with your finest, worst case they consicate your plastic and drink all your piss

Yeh im going to give it a try. I dont really care if they confiscate it, but they wouldn't refuse you entry for that would they? i know it says on the ticket management holds the right to refuse entry but thats a bit extreme. Also cops wouldnt do shit coz your not breaking any laws assuming its a bought bottle with the seal still unbroken.

if they find it/see it, they'll tell you to either throw it out or empty the bottle and wont let you in otherwise.

Ok so im going to go with the 300ml plastic bottle of smirnoff. Nice and slim, and has ~10 standard drinks in it lol. What is the best option, to duck tape the bottle around my leg, or the underpants job? I recon the ducktape around the leg is good coz it wont be noticeable as long as they dont pat me down.
