I'm not entirely sure where you get off thinking that the Viper ACR isn't a stock vehicle seeing as how you can go buy one from Dodge. They make them.
Not to mention the Z4 didn't beat the Viper in that video. Also, if you look at the 'Ring track times, a base model Viper SRT10 does it in 7:59, while a brand new 400+hp M3 does it in 8:05. There's no way a Z4 is faster than an M3, and nobody has any posted Z4 times, so your argument is null and void here.
