But I would hope that a government that actually cares about their people would make wiser decisions, so as not to give reason for a more powerful military power to start dropping bombs when they know civilian casualties can't be avoided. Hamas, is NOT that government, and now the people they represent have to suffer while Israel takes advantage of their foolishness.
