iknow ive done this.. calorie counting.. just getting up to that number doing whatever i could .
I started feeling sluggish after about a month or so I did a physical, they sent me in for a sigmoidoscopy and blood work. Scared the shit out of me lol but my cholestor went through the roof and my liver enzymes were extremely elevated.
anyways, i can deal with fat i want to bulk up (muscle and fat) and then tone afterwards.
People may look great and unreal on the outside.. but you have to wonder whats happening on the inside as well. BEtter to play it safe then sorry.
