I am going to recommend a Turkish female singer called Nez. her songs are stupid dance songs which goes something like "hey do you want to dance with me" or "let's move it all night long", but it is really funny to listen to it. she sings in english, turkish and arabic.

Not strictly trance but I recommend Deep Forest - Boheme ... some very cool ethnic dance stuff on there, some of it definitely has a Middle Eastern ring but I believe they sampled from all over the region, and Europe too.
