one word: PREACH

I swear..I enojoyed preach's set soooo much. Just the way he fucks around with the samplers and the way his mixes are so confident and precise. he's really active aswell, from what paul van dyk was doing..anyway...I can't bash paul, because he did play some sweet ass tracks. I guess thats him! I have to find that pvd vs marco v on vinyl...its beautiful. I love that remix so much..I think I heard PREACH play it a while ago..

great night yesterday thanks to Biggy's efforts , all the TAs who showed up at the shawarma gathering , the other TAs i met inside and the aria forum peeps also.

the place was packed everybody and their mothers came to see paul van dyk , mad party going on with a great vibe , people were into it and i got a lot of positive feedback from you guys.

preach was the BEST part of the night , absolutely brilliant set with a bit of progressive , 100% NON CHEESE approved trance , and even some breakbeats.

unfortunately pvd was very very very deceiving , and i would like to officialy announce i'm no longer part of the VBA (those who know it) , i was expecting him to play a set like the one from HR XXL Club Nacht (March 2003) but all he did was hammering cheesy eurodance tracks (yes "destroy she said" is friggin eurodance) , IMO he's been going down since 2002 but i never wanted to believe it until i gave him another chance. and what's up with the negative attitude from him ? i can understand he has a shy personality but come on give the crowd some love by interacting with them not by hammering cheesy eurodance.

that's my opinion and it involves only me , but maybe this is how i feel about trance these days ...

but as i said to myself this morning : non musically speaking this night was one of the best in my life.

ok now for my review:

fist the gathering was pretty nice

it was cool to met you outside the aria we could talk and not have to scream at each other

nice metting you guys and gurls
malek i hope your problem with the guy wasnt that much frustrating but you looked kinda pissed

fast,master,alec,nrgtoinfinit,krinker,dj charlie and his cousin,
and also peeps from ottawa even if we havent talked kate and disco and the other gurl

anyways maybe forgot some of you but i hope you all had a great time

sooooo

IMO marco g stole the show big time!!!!!

pvd's set was nice but....
i gotta face it
im not into trance like i was before

he played great tunes for sure but......dunno
i prefer baggning tunes who makes the wall shake

i so much prefered marco g sets damn it was impressive

its so nice to ear many tunes you know and marco just gave me a whole plate of them

at the end of pvd's set i tough i was gooin to stop dancing but marco g just gave me an awsome boost and i danced on the speaker like a freak till like 10 am

the place was full even at that time!!!
just to show you how people loved that

its doesnt happen really often to see the dance floor full at 10 am

so thats it
i had a great party but thanks to marco g and preach cuz they saved the night

well ill take a lil break now
see you guys at sven vath

Wow, that's a pretty sweet looking tracklisting from Preach, thought he only played banging hard techno, hehe.

Looks like PvD played pretty much exactly as in Vancouver, shame he didn't play longer for you guys.
