this remix was actually released in 1995, a couple of years before acid trance kicked off, this track is just an early acid techno track. am i the only one that see's this?


i think Hardfloor's Acperience 1 kicked off acid-trance at the end of 1992. back in the mid-90s they were in popular demand remixing all kinds of tracks from New Order -> Depeche Mode -> Robert Armani.

is it "techno"? it depends on how you define the word. some use "techno" strictly for the hard/minimalist sound but some use it to enscope "electronica". musical genre terms change over time. think about "alternative" and "pop".

yes, acperience1 is one of the earliest acid trance attempts ever. a true classic it is.

and nuke, early acid techno trax were different from the confusion remix. they were heavily influenced by hardcore at that time. i can upload some samples from 1993-1996 period for u to hear

And for the Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction) argument, it DEFINATELY IS acid trance!
