for me trance will never die....even though maybe in 5 to 10 years something new will evolve...i will still have trance in my blood...ill have my CD and mp3 to listen to it all my life

Frankly, I agree with Lex....all genres seem to "die" at one point...but what is dying...is that when the scene is underground again? In that case...I can't wait till trance dies....the forums will be nice and quiet again

Trance will evolve, will it die, no. Rock is still around, yet its new in music history. Is rock different from when it started, yes, is it still rock, yes. Will trance change, most definately, change is good. If I listened to the same kind of music all my life I would get bored.

Electronica music can't die, its an evalution of music. Yes trance we listen to today is going to be unique, but who's to say the evalution of trance won't be just as exciting. The people making trance music will evolve as the fans do, so it makes sense that we will all be enjoying trance for a long long time to come.

Music will always be there for us, the human soul can't live without it, at least mine cant!
