you could always set up a hotmail account like [email protected][/email] or [email][email protected]. draft an official looking email from microsoft saying that her password needs to be changed due to server issues and it has to be done through email b/c of the above mentioned problem. tell her it will take a couple weeks to enact the new password and that should buy you some time. if she is your typical 13 year old girl she will probably tell you her email address....lol. good luck
