ok im confused, by GMT +01:00 you mean GMT time was 21:00 or 19:00 it hought it meant 21:00 so i now tune in and its gone off

GMT + 1 means that if the GMT time is 19.00 it's really 20:00 here in the netherlands. So just remember, difference between netherlands and the uk is one hour. So if it's 9 o' clock in the UK, it's 10 o' clock here.

Maybe because summertime it's now GMT+2 but that i don't know exactly, but that doesn't change the time difference between NL and UK.

Due to the summertime The Netherlands is indeed +2 GMT (or UT as it's called nowadays) but because the rest of the northeren hemisphere also uses summertime nothing really changed
