yeah ive never quite got that thinking either???

Beer - 3.5-5%
Spirits (straight) - 30-80% (go the grappa)
Mixed drinks -5%

and look at the difference between the size of a glass of bundy and coke to a beer..... Spirits are stronger then beer so wouldnt that make beer more like lolly water?????
