I hope you learn something from this, because I believe that God put me on earth to spread the word about alcohol, and that is actually a fairly serious statement

well i'll praise the lord because god gave you life!

long live alcohol

as for drinking for along time....
the eating this is definatly important. have a good meal before you start. (lets say we are going for 24 hours here). have a nice breakfast at say 10am. i dont think laying on the carbs is very necesary (your gonna get a shitload more from the alcohol you'll be drinking) make sure you have some bread and some healthy food that is light on the stomach but yet filling. i'm a big fan of hard liquor so thats what i normally stick to and do my long sessions of drinking with. you wanna keep your drinks light and spaced. you definatly wanna get drunk enuf so that you feel a good buzz. but not so much that you are retarded. its good to keep taking in caffeine while you are drinking. a good drink to have is an irish coffee (coffee with baileys) or good old redbull and vodka. if you keep it coming with these, (not too much at once though) you will find that you can go for ever. also water is important. you have to keep a constant flow of water into you. it keeps your body functioning and you from feeling bad. also as your day progresses eat when you get hungry but not too much (eating makes you tired, when your body digests food it exhausts you) so stick with food that is light yet filling. vegetables, meat and cheeses are good. nothing greasy.
also if you feel that you are getting tired, pop some excedrine (it contains asprin, acetiminophen and caffeine). this will really perk you up.

further more, i don't recomend drinking for 24 hour periods and doing this to your body. it should be a once in a long while thing. i'm all for drinking and getting sloshed and having a good time. but your body needs to be taken care of.

Amen, bro. Good tips there to go the distance. Here's another good tip. When you've got a big load sloshing around in there and are waiting for the caboose to hit you, take a few aspirin or alleve or whatever you take for headaches before you pass out. Just remember to do it before going horizontal! When you awaken, you just might not have a hangover at all or a minor one at the least. This is very important if you're getting ready to have at it again the next day or the next. We are talking prolonged here ain't we? Also, there ain't no such thing as overdoing it. You just drink what is needed. If you find yourself staring at a bright light, you've just fallen over backwards. Stand up and blame it on the dog. If you notice a pool of liquid next to you. Take a few steps to the side and blame it on the dog. If you notice ashes and butts in your mouth, you're drinking from the ashtray. Find your drink to wash them down. If you notice your drink tastes like water, slug the guy who gave it to you. He's trying to sober you up.
